操作方法
（01）首先第一步我们要先打开电脑，然后要在键盘上找到Ctrl+C并且点击，接着会出现一个运行的小界面，在这个界面的中间有个输入框，在输入框中输入cmd，然后会出现另外一个界面。
（02）在接下来出现的界面中输入：netsh winsock reset，这是重置当前网络基础设置的命令，重置之后我们不要关电脑和命令符。
（03）接着重置完成之后我们要输入一下命令：netsh interface ip set dns 本地连接 static ，当然不同的电脑，相应的DNS也是不同的，这里我只是给大家做个参考。

（05）接着我们打开我们steam平台，发现我们可以注册了，steam也恢复正常了。
