Please:(1) Verify that the BIOS/firmware settings enable VT and disable ‘trusted execution.’(2) Power-cycle the host, if either of these BIOS/firmware settings have been changed.(3) Power-cycle the host, if you have not done so since installing VMware Workstation.(4) Update the host’s BIOS/firmware to the latest inue without 64-bit support?

（04）先说一下我的电脑配置I5-2450M，型号是ThinkPad E420 1141AB2(很初级的本本)网上查询说，将Bios里CPu下的两项都启用。可我cpu下面两项Core Multi-ProcessingIntel(R) Hyper-Threading Technology都已Enabled的。打联想客服电话，得到答案是，不是在Config--CPU选项卡下，而是在Security选项卡下，将这里面的两项都启用即可。
