跟写中文介绍一样，要认清自我，要弄清三个问题。你过去是干什么，你现在是干什么的，你将来要干什么。思路要清楚，要突出重点，口语尽量流利。时间不要太长，最好是三分钟之内足够了，时间长了听者会失去耐心和兴趣。要说自己工作上成就或奖项，说自己的长处，最好不要说自己的弱点，不要过度浮夸或者失实。
自我介绍的方式要根据介绍对象的不同而变化。如果是求职介绍避免说与职业无关的事和你的出生日期，谈有关工作的理想，概括说出你的工作经验和学历，不要背诵，尽量幽默有趣，应聘公司会对你的印象会大大提升。
